EZDME SOLUTIONS RETURN, REFUND, AND ORDER FULFILLMENT POLICY

This Return, Refund, and Order Fulfillment Policy outlines the guidelines and procedures regarding CGM products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Returns
1.1 Eligibility
You are eligible for a return if:
- The CGM product is defective or damaged when received.
- The CGM product does not match its description on our website.
- The wrong product(s) were delivered.
1.2 Return Process
To start a return, please:
- Contact our Customer Support team via email or phone at (888)-927-8190 within 30 days of purchase to report issues or request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Include the order number, a detailed description of the problem, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos, videos) if applicable.
- Wait for our Customer Support team to review your request and provide further instructions.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and return instructions.
1.3 Return Conditions
Refunds for CGM devices will only be granted under the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- The product must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and any other items included with the device.
1.4 Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- CGM products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Devices missing any accessories, manuals, or part of the original packaging.
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on our website.
1.5 Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to defects, damage, or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns not covered under the aforementioned reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
2.1 Refund Process
Refunds will be processed once the returned EZDME device is received and inspected for its condition.
Important Notes:
- We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
- Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned CGM device. Please note that additional time may be needed based on your payment provider’s policy.
2.2 Non-refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Items that were delivered more than 30 days ago.
Order Fulfillment Policy
3.1 Order Processing
We strive to fulfill and ship orders promptly. Orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days of being placed, unless circumstances beyond our control, such as out-of-stock products, delay the process.
3.2 Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
Orders are shipped from our Richardson, TX, facility via USPS. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment along with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
3.3 Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order takes longer than expected to arrive, or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact our Customer Support immediately. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it, which may include re-shipping the order or offering a refund.
